Her passion, talent, and drive earned her scholarships at world-renowned dance schools across North America. Stephanie garnered dance techniques from masters at the prestigious and largest ballet troupe in Canada, The National Ballet of Canada; Royal Winnipeg Ballet; and from the Edge Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles on scholarship. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia, a Diploma in Sports Science, & is a multi-faceted movement coach (certified personal trainer, kinesiologist, dance and yoga specialist)

TO TEACH IS TO TOUCH A LIFE FOREVER - Her journey began at age 6. The magical and vivid memory of loving her 1st classical ballet class which blossomed into a passion for all forms of movement. The demand for physical structure, mental challenge, & artistry each genre of dance asked of her - fuelled the competitive nature in her core.

Today Stephanie is a lululemon ambassador - where she has been provided a platform to develop and collaborate with lululemon. She can be found leading classes at lululemon SSC, Richmond Centre, and in-studio .‍‍‍ 




Represented by Da Costa Talent in Canada & Bloc Agency in the USA, Stephanie has over 20 years international experience in the dance and performance arts industry and is currently working as an award-winning choreographer, instructor, performer, and competitive judge. She coaches on mastering their technique, performance, flexibility, strength & artistry.
