Science meets artistry.
A career shaped by the intelligence of the body—and by the belief that movement can be both expressive and transformative.

Passionate movement catalyst. Health and wellness leader. Performance visionary.
Born and raised in Richmond, BC, Stephanie began dancing at age six. Scholarships to leading dance institutions across North America allowed her to train with masters connected to The National Ballet of Canada, Royal Winnipeg Ballet and EDGE Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles.
With a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and an Associate Degree in Sports Science & Technology, Stephanie combines movement science with artistry. Her professional background includes kinesiology, personal training, movement therapy, yoga, choreography and performance.
For 13 years, she served as Founder and Studio Director of PŪR Movement, building an award-winning space for dance, fitness and movement therapy. That vision has evolved into Chi Health Club, which she co-founded with her husband, Fraser Coppin, to connect measurement, health coaching, movement and recovery.
Stephanie has coached high-performance athletes including Olympians, Skate Canada figure skaters and synchronized swimmers—helping refine technique, strength, flexibility and artistry. Her work has also been featured by The Globe & Mail, lululemon, Miss World Canada and lifestyle publications. A former SPUD wellness ambassador, she has long championed intentional movement and health-conscious living.
